not permitted when using the payment services (“Services”) provided by Fireantpay (UK)
Limited (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
This Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions and applies to all customers, users, and
counterparties using our Services. It is designed to protect consumers, our partners, and the
integrity of the UK financial system, and to ensure compliance with applicable laws and
regulatory requirements.
The Company is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as an
Authorised Payment Institution under the Payment Services Regulations 2017.
2. General Principles
You must not use our Services for any purpose that:
Is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical;
Violates any applicable law, regulation, or regulatory guidance (including FCA, HMRC,
and OFSI rules);
Involves money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or other financial
crimes;
Infringes the rights of any person, including intellectual property, privacy, or data
protection rights;
Could expose us, our partners, or our customers to reputational or regulatory risk.
We may refuse to process, suspend, or terminate any account or transaction that we
reasonably believe violates this Policy or applicable law.
3. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Services to accept or make payments in connection with any of the
following activities, businesses, or products.
3.1. Illegal or Criminal Activities
Money laundering, terrorist financing, or tax evasion;
Sale or distribution of counterfeit goods, stolen property, or unauthorised copies of
copyrighted material;
Unlawful trade, smuggling, or evasion of customs duties;
Transactions intended to disguise the source or ownership of funds;
Activities involving persons or entities subject to UK, EU, UN, or US sanctions.
3.2. Financial Services and Investment-Related Activities
Provision of regulated financial services without appropriate authorisation (e.g.
investment management, lending, remittance, or crowdfunding);
Trading or dealing in securities, derivatives, or other financial instruments unless
properly licensed;
Use of our Services for the operation of unlicensed payment services, money service
businesses, or bureaux de change;
Virtual asset or crypto-related businesses (including exchanges, wallets, ICOs, and
token sales) unless explicitly approved by us and compliant with applicable FCA
guidance.
3.3. Gambling and Gaming
Online casinos, betting, lotteries, or games of chance unless authorised by the UK
Gambling Commission and approved by us;
Unlicensed prize draws or sweepstakes.
3.4. Adult and Obscene Material
Pornography, adult content, or adult entertainment services;
Sex work, escort services, or sexual health products marketed inappropriately;
Sale or distribution of obscene or indecent materials.
3.5. Controlled or Dangerous Goods
Narcotics, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia;
Prescription drugs without valid authorisation;
Weapons, ammunition, explosives, or military-grade equipment;
Fireworks, hazardous chemicals, or materials subject to export controls.
3.6. High-Risk or Unethical Products
Tobacco, e-cigarettes, or vaping products;
Multi-level marketing, pyramid, or Ponzi schemes;
Unlawful debt collection, payday loans, or predatory lending;
Products or services that promote discrimination, hate, or violence;
Sale of endangered species or products derived from them;
Transactions supporting political, religious, or charitable causes not in compliance
with applicable law or charity regulations.
4. Other Restricted Uses
You may not use our Services to:
Engage in false or misleading advertising, misrepresentation, or unfair business
practices;
Exploit vulnerable consumers or misuse personal data;
Circumvent transaction monitoring, limits, or account verification processes;
Create multiple accounts for the purpose of evading controls or restrictions;
Abuse chargeback processes, refunds, or dispute systems;
Introduce malware, phishing content, or engage in hacking or data scraping.
5. Compliance Obligations
All users of our Services are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money
Laundering (AML) requirements. You must:
Provide true, accurate, and complete information during onboarding and throughout
your relationship with us;
Notify us promptly of any changes to your business activities, ownership, or risk
profile;
Cooperate with reasonable requests for information or documents relating to
compliance checks or investigations.
Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of your account.
6. Enforcement and Consequences
We may take any of the following actions if we suspect or confirm a breach of this Policy:
Decline or reverse a transaction;
Suspend or terminate your account or access to our Services;
Restrict withdrawals or freeze funds in accordance with applicable law;
Report your activities to law enforcement, regulators, or other authorities;
Recover any damages or losses arising from your breach.
